Curious, passionate and a lover of good things, I've always enjoyed sharing good beers and the friendly moments they create.
It's in the Gaume, known for its art of living, that I settled and started a family. It all began on my very first Father's Day, when I received a rather unusual gift : a home-brewing kit. Without knowing it, that was the starting point of a great adventure.
Very quickly, this hoppy alchemy became a true calling — evolving through tasting courses, recipe creation, the transformation of our garage into a « nano-brewery » and our garden into a hop garden…
Year after year, the ideas were refined, just like the beers. Encouraged by my wife Alexandra and our children, Lison and Cyrian, I decided to take one more step : to share this passion with you.
Our microbrewery claims a free and contemporary vision of craft beer. We brew organic beers of superior quality, with an assertive yet balanced character, locally crafted while remaining open to influences from around the world.
