Our beers

Organic malt as our base, styles we name without hiding behind colors, in-tank natural carbonation that keeps industrial CO₂ use to the strict minimum, and a can that shields every aroma from light and oxygen until the first sip. These are the beers we sign — brewed in the Gaume for those who want to drink better.

Our philosophy

No marketing slogan : our convictions are on the label, in the glass and on this page. Here are the three main pillars — the long version is in Our commitments.

Styles, not colors

IPA, Pale Ale, Stout, Saison, Gose, Lambic, Pilsner… The world beer universe is incredibly rich. We brew styles and we say so clearly — no "blonde, brown, amber".

Organic where it matters

Not (yet?) organic-certified, but we brew exclusively with organic malt — the dominant ingredient in beer. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers — out of respect for the terroir and for the drinker.

In-tank natural carbonation

A smarter approach to CO₂ : we reuse what the yeast has already produced during primary fermentation, and we keep any added industrial CO₂ to the strict minimum needed for fine adjustments. No second fermentation that creates new CO₂, no heavy injection at the end — only what's needed, nothing more.
